Larry E. Logan, 84, of Farina, Illinois passed away at 5:19 am, Saturday, May 4, 2024, at the Lakeland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Effingham, Illinois.
Larry was born on January 9, 1940, in Clay County, Illinois the son of Arlie and Clela (Fulfer) Logan. From his early years, Larry was no stranger to hard work, having started his career in the oil fields. His dedication and skill eventually led him to a long and respected tenure as a heavy equipment operator for Local 150 in Joliet, Illinois. Larry's work ethic and commitment to his craft earned him the admiration of his colleagues and the broader community alike.
Beyond his professional life, Larry was an active member of the Masonic Lodge and the Shriners, organizations that aligned with his values of brotherhood and philanthropy. His involvement in these groups was not just a reflection of his desire to connect with like-minded individuals but also his unwavering commitment to giving back to his community.
